Richardson Lane is named after the 1866 Richardson Goldrush, just north of Madoc. It was the first goldrush in Ontario.

At the time the village of Madoc was five times its present size and it had 25 mounted policemen who had to deal with such notable characters of the time as "Caribou Cameron".

J. C. Dale Lane is named after the second reeve of Madoc, a noted businessman and banker in Madoc in the early 1900's. He was the owner of the Dale Mansion, which is still located on Elgin St., one street north of Livingston.
Site Layout

The site layout makes every attempt to address environmental issues and preserve the heritage trees on this property.

One of the features of our site plan is that the view from the back garden area in most of our units is of the natural surroundings. This provides a level of privacy not available in other condo developments.
